Feedback in, issues out.

A small widget collects issues, ideas and screenshots from the people using your product. You triage them in a private inbox, turn the good ones into issues, push them to Linear or GitHub, and email everyone who asked once the fix ships.

Flat pricing. No seats, no MAU, no AI metering.

The papercuts.so inbox: a list of submissions beside the selected one, with its page, browser, locale and a verified user.

Issues

Feedback becomes issues

Link a report to an issue with a key like SUN-12, or start a new one from it. Move issues from open to planned, in progress, shipped or closed on a list or a board. Every action has a key, and every change shows the moment you make it.

The issues board, with columns for open, planned, in progress, shipped and closed issues.

Hand-off

Push it where your team works, then tell the people who asked

Push an issue to Linear or GitHub with its own title, its body and a link back. The link stays on the issue. When it ships, each person who reported it gets one email that names the issue and your response, with an unsubscribe link.

The dialog that sends the status email to the one person who reported SUN-1.
A shipped issue, pushed to Linear and to GitHub, with one person waiting for its status email.

MCP

Let your agent triage too

Create a read or a write key and connect any MCP client. An agent can list the inbox and the issues, triage, link, change a status, notify submitters and push to Linear or GitHub. The last two show what would happen and wait for a confirmation.

Install

One script tag

Put the loader on your page and the attribute on any button. React and Next.js get a typed component and a hook. Read the install docs.

Privacy

What people send stays with you

Everything a submitter sends is private to your workspace. The widget is built to collect less by default.

  • Page URLs keep the origin and the path. Query strings and hashes stay out unless you opt in.
  • Password fields and anything marked data-papercuts-mask are covered before a screenshot.
  • People see their screenshot before sending it, and can remove it.
  • Screenshots and files sit in private storage, opened only through short-lived signed links.
  • There is no public board: nothing one person sends is ever shown to another.

Pricing

Two plans, both flat

Free covers one project and one member, with unlimited submissions. Pro is $15 a month or $150 a year for 3 projects and unlimited members, without the badge. See pricing.
